From the Torch Run to the Finish Line — Summer Games Awaits
Our signature event of the year is almost here!
From June 5-7, thousands of athletes, Unified Sports® partners, and coaches from all corners of our state will unite for three unforgettable days at Summer Games, presented by Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business.
This annual event features:
5 sports including cycling, soccer, swimming, tennis, track & field
7 Healthy Athletes® disciplines with free health screenings and education
Want to be part of the action? Volunteers are still needed to help create an unforgettable experience for our athletes - from sport venues and meal distribution to Healthy Athletes and event support.
One month from today, Team Connecticut will be on the national stage at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minnesota, held June 20-26. Now is the time to rally behind the 59 athletes, Unified Sports® partners, coaches, and staff who will join thousands of people from all corners of our country to display determination, sportsmanship, and the power of inclusion.
